This beach apartment complex offers guests a cosy atmosphere. It has a 15-storey building with 2-bedroom apartments, surrounded by well kept gardens. There are 2 lifts and a free car park (subject to availability).

## Location
The complex is situated 12 minutes from Levante beach and 15 minutes from Benidorm centre and the Old Town. 300 m away, guests will find a broad range of restaurants, bars and shops. Nearby, there are links to the public transport network.

## Rooms
Every apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, as well as 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a kitchen with a vitroceramic hob, an electric oven, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and utensils. In the living/dining room, guests will find a sofa bed, furniture, a hire safe and heating. Guests can hire a TV from the main office. All apartments have terraces, some of which are glazed terraces.

## Sport
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool for adults, a children's pool and a sun terrace with a garden area. The pool is open from 15th June to 15th September (dates can change depending on the weather). The nearest golf course is 5 km away.

## Notes
The key collection time and place will be indicated on the voucher. Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit is required as a guarantee for the appropriate use of facilities.
