The Kaktus Playa Hotel is situated on the main road, 100 metres from the beach. There are countless shops, bars and restaurants within a 200 metre radius. Calella has 2 miles of beach and magnificent natural rocky coves. It has an attractive pedestrian shopping area and there is a great variety of restaurants, terraces, dance halls, discos and music bars, creating an excellent nightlife.

The hotel has a total of 249 guestrooms split between the 7 floor main building and the 4 floor annex. There are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and cafes in town and nightlife just down the road. The beaches of Calella regularly win the European Blue Flag for good quality.
