The Iris Hotel & Studios Complex is a modern, colorful family relaxing hotel set on a hillside 300 meters from the Traditional Afandou Village Centre with; variety of restaurants, bars, disco, night clubs, shops , super markets, and one kilometer from the Famous Afandou Beach.
This Three- Floor Hotel with stairs or elevator features 54 Guestrooms furnished in a modern style and colored drapes. All extend to furnished balconies or terraces and include bathrooms with showers, and kitchenettes with cookers and refrigerators, air-conditioning and fans.

After a rich Buffet Breakfast, guests can soak up some sun next to the pool and gardens and cool off with drinks from the poolside bar, or relax with a coffee on the terrace and take in views of Afandou Bay. The informal restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serves a variety of International and Greek dishes, with vegetarian and children's menu available. The hotel houses a playground and a children's pool for younger guests, a games room with video consoles, internet corner, a pool table and table tennis, darts and Air hockey, a television lounge and a bar serving a selection of local and international drinks.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Afandou Beach, one kilometer from the hotel, offers wind-surfing, jet-skiing and snorkeling, and golfers will find the nearest 18 holes course only 2 kilometers from the hotel.

They all include: kitchenette, two cooking rings, fan, private bathroom with shower and WC, safety deposit box and private balcony and/or terrace with sea view.

The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a snack bar and a pool bar available for all its guests. The hotel operates an ALL-INCLUSIVE PROGRAMME; details as follows:
