Hotel Overview

The five-star Ionian Emerald Resort is a luxurious beachfront hotel situated in Karavomylos village which is just over a mile from the popular Kefalonia resort of Sami. This is a great area from which to explore the island or just laze on the beach and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside and mountainous backdrop. Sami is Kefalonia's third largest town and has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the islands biggest port.

Built in 2009, the Ionian Emerald Resort has 28 spacious, comfortable guestrooms and ten suites. All rooms have a balcony or terrace with sea and pool views, satellite television and a DVD player, air conditioning and internet access.

The resort has its own attractive pool area, sandwiched between the hotel and the beach as well as a varied selection of quality places to eat and drink, a children's playground, an internet room, currency exchange facilities and last but not least, a gym and spa offering a selection of wellness treatments alongside massages, manicures, pedicures and a hairdressers.
