SATURDAY ARRIVALS ONLY – The Taxacherhof Hotel is a family run property located approximately two thirds of a mile from the centre of Kirchberg and 500 metres from the 4-seater Maierl lift. From here you can enjoy access to a floodlight piste and a toboggan run. The Pengelstein Gondola which offers a direct connection to Jochberg and Pass Thurn is just over a mile away. A free ski bus service operates locally and stops right outside the Taxacherhof Hotel. Kirchberg is a popular choice with skiers coming to the Kitzbuheler Alps – the ski schools are excellent, there is a varied selection of slopes for all skill levels from wide open nursery slopes to several challenging black runs and there are more than 20 bars, cafes and discos for your apres ski enjoyment.
