##Location
The hotel is located on one of the largest blue flag beaches in Limassol and six miles from the town centre. A wide spectrum of activities and a great number of museums in addition to archaeological sites can be found in the town centre and other nearby places of interest include Kolossi Castle and the Medieval Limassol Castle.

##Accomodation
Rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with parquet flooring and modern furnishings. All units have a balcony and private marble bathroom. Additional amenities include heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, a satellite flat screen TV, a radio, safe and tea/coffee making facilities.
Double rooms have small sitting area and have maximum capacity of three adults or two adults and one child.
Executive rooms boasts sliding doors separating parents' sleeping area from children's sleeping area with bunk beds.

The hotel features six restaurants which include ‘The Octagon' which serves a full American buffet breakfast each morning followed by international flavours for lunch. Themed night buffet diners with live entertainment can be enjoyed at the ‘Palladium' while ‘Phoenician' serves a fusion of Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine. Additionally, ‘Splash' serves lunch and early dinner and barbeques are organised at the ‘Seashells' – the beach tavern. In the heart of the marina, you will find ‘The Sailors Rest' which also serves Mediterranean and International dishes.
Drinking opportunities include the ‘Captains Bar and Terrace' and the ‘Amphibion' wet and dry pool bar.
