The hotel has a main buffet style restaurant and a pool restaurant. There is also a pool bar which opens between 10am and 1am daily, and a main bar open between 6.45pm and 9.30pm.
With the Lydia Maris Hotel's Ultra All Inclusive option guests enjoy the possibility to taste specialties from international, Greek, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisine. Fish specialties and vegetarian cuisine are also available. All meals are served buffet style. The main restaurant serves an early continental style breakfast on request from 6.30am to 7am as well as an American style breakfast between 7am and 10am, late continental breakfast from 10.15am to 11.30am and dinner between 7pm and 9.30pm. For guests arriving at the hotel between 9.30pm and 11pm, there will be food available from the buffet. The pool restaurants serves a complete buffet style lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and a late dinner comprising of soup, spaghetti and omelettes between 11pm and midnight. The a la carte restaurant offers high level gastronomy and service and every Monday night, has a BBQ and orchestra with Greek dancers from 7.30pm to 10.30pm. A variety of hot and cold snacks such as pizza, cheese pie, sausage pie and sandwiches are available from 10am to 12.30pm, 2,30pm to 6.30pm and 9.30pm to 1am at the pool-restaurant. Guests can order a lunch basket for excursions (order one day in advance by 8pm in the restaurant and a continental early breakfast for guests departing between 5am and 7am (also to be ordered one day in advance by 8pm in the restaurant). Soft drinks, beer and local wine are available during meals in the main and pool restaurants (the main restaurant also serves juices) and at the bars you can enjoy an unlimited amount of international and local alcoholic drinks, cocktails, beer and soft drinks. Coffee, tea and ice cream are available from 7pm to 1am in the main restaurant or in pool restaurant, and between 4pm and 6pm in the pool restaurant you will find cookies, biscuits, pastries and ice cream. Ultra All Inclusive guests can also enjoy room service from 7am to midnight with only a small charge made for the service, free entrance and drinks in the Pergamos Disco from 10am to 2am between 15/6 and 15/9, free of charge minibars stocked with beer, water and soft drinks (replenished every second day) and fresh fruit, pastries and ice creams on the buffet with all meals.
