The Almond Beach Resort is set in 32 acres; this former sugar plantation is surrounded by lush tropical plants, a Sugar Mill and over one mile of white sandy beach. The hotel is on the west coast approximately 30 minutes from the capital, Bridgetown. It is an all-inclusive family resort, fit with 135 guest rooms set on a half mile stretch of beach. There is an extensive menu at the two restaurants to suit guest's culinary needs. There is a range of fitness and fun activities to get involved with at the hotel. Two floodlit tennis courts, a golf practise range, squash court, table tennis, basketball, beach cricket and football are guaranteed to keep everyone entertained.

For guests looking for complete relaxation during their stay, there are four swimming pools, one reserved for adults, surrounded by a large furnished sun terrace, and there is a Spa at the nearby hotel which guests are invited to use and there is a complimentary transport to the facilities. ##Location
The hotel has over 135 guestrooms spread across three floors and decorated using tropical fabrics. Numerous watersports are available including snorkeling, paddle boarding, reef fishing, glass bottom boat rides and kayaks. The resort is also a popular choice with families and includes a Kids' Club for four to twelve year olds that include beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Finally teenagers can expect movies, water sports and disco nights from Teen Centre.

##Accomodation
There are 135 rooms at the hotel, and are designed with guests comfort in mind. All rooms are well equipped with king and sofa beds, clock radio, desk, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee and tea making facilities, en suite bathroom with bath / shower combination, designer bathroom amenities and hair dryer, TV with premium channels, fridge and balcony / terrace depending on room type booked.

##Eating and Drinking
The hotel has three restaurants and two bars. The 'Reef Restaurant and Bar' serves Caribbean themed breakfasts and lunches buffet style, and dinner the restaurant offers an a la carte international menu. 'Enid's Restaurant' is a Bajan style open air restaurant, serving local a la carte cuisine for lunch and dinner, inside there is 'Tommy's Bar' where guests can enjoy the true Bajan rum shop. 'Horizon's Restaurant and Grill' boasts themed night buffets and live entertainment three nights weekly.

Guests can enjoy fine dining at 'La Salsa Restaurant' at the Sugar Cane Club & Spa, strictly subject to availability.

##Swimming Pools
