Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned city hotel offers 127 rooms spread across four storeys. The hotel lobby is large and bright with dark wood accents and a fireplace, and features a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. ## Location
The family-friendly city hotel is set back from the road and nestled in a natural preserve area. It is quiet and very green. It is primarily a corporate hotel but is also a 'Busch Gardens Preferred Hotel' and receives a great number of leisure travellers too. One of the assets in the area is the Hillsborough River and the many beautiful country parks close by. Situated right in the centre of Tampa, guests will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity. The nightlife of Ybor City is approximately a 25-minute drive from the business hotel, while St. Petersburg beach and the Gulf of Mexico are both around an hour's drive away. Nearby attractions include the Adventure Island Water Park (5 km), the Museum of Science and Industry (4 km) and Lowry Park Zoo (10 km).
## Rooms
The standard rooms have one king-size or two double beds (bedding is not guaranteed). All of the double rooms are non-smoking and will have a kitchenette microwave and fridge. Both room types will have a desk with a chair and a lounge chair in the room, as well as a 32-inch flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, radio, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The double rooms were renovated in 2007 and the king rooms will be renovated in 2009 and 2010.
## Sport
Guests may take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and relax on the sun terrace using the sun loungers provided. Guests may also work out in the gym or hire sun loungers and parasols for a fee on the nearby sandy beach.
