Built in 2009, it is a new contemporary hotel with 84 rooms. The hotel is air-conditioned and welcomes guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception, hotel safe and lift access. The hotel has a bar and a breakfast room. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the Marche region. It is the ideal base from which to reach the historical centre of Ancona, the coast of Conero and the surrounding countryside of the Marche region. The town centre of Osimo is roughly a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is near the Ancona South highway exit and about 25 km away from the airport.
