The small building contains a total of 18 guest rooms and 9 apartments over 2 floors. The apartment hotel features a 24-hour reception desk. The owners also live there and personally give guests their keys.

## Location
The apartment hotel is located in Colònia de Sant Jordi, in the centre of the village and very near to the harbour. There is a supermarket about 50 m away, and the beach is 300 m away. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance of the hotel. The bus station is about 50 m away and Palma de Mallorca Airport in about 50 km away.

The apartments come with a lounge with sofa, two bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, balcony or terrace, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, hire safe and an en suite bathroom with bath.
