The hotel is owned by the same family since 1980 with a focus on guests returning time and time again. A lot of guests have visited the hotel more than once thanks to the cosy and family-friendly atmosphere. The apartment hotel consists of a total of 50 apartments.

## Location
The hotel is situated on Agnostos Stratiotis Square, right in the epicentre of the quaint historic town of Rethymno. This pedestrian square is framed by the Venetian old town, the longest stretch of beach and the hotel. Furthermore, the central location allows visitors access to all amenities in Rethymno such as public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and local places of interest. Despite the supremely central location, the hotel benefits from the limited car traffic allowed around this square. Souda Airport is about 50 km from the establishment.

## Rooms
The hotel's rooms are extremely spacious, all with a full-size balcony and full-size kitchen. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room is also en suite with a bath with power shower and a hairdryer. The furniture is contemporary in style, whilst the high ceilings provide plenty of light and the windows offer country or sea views.
