The hotel is situated on the 2nd floor of an historical building on Vladimirsky Prospect that was completely reconstructed in 2005. It offers just five rooms in total, and provides guests with additional services such as personal safety deposit boxes at the reception, copying and faxing facilities, a laundry service and dry cleaning, ironing, international newspapers and a fridge.
