This hotel complex is situated close to Spa Sveti Vlas, offering traditional Mediterranean architecture and a unique panoramic view across the bay of the ancient town of Nessebar lying at the foot of the Balkan Mountains. The beach itself is directly accessible while the ever-popular Sunny Beach is just a few minutes drive away. Facing south-southwest it overlooks the picturesque bay of Nessebar. The complex comprises 108 apartments, some of them in a maisonette style, situated in 13 buildings. The apartments are arranged in three parallel rows, each apartment having open views to the sea thanks to the slope of the land. The villa settlement has a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, playground, park alleys and a guarded parking lot.
