Location:

The resort is only 12km from the airport so the transfer times are short. Being only a few 100 metres away from the shopping centres and 800m away from the beach you are in the ideal spot for an amazing stay! The Historic city of Palm is only 24km away. There is a public bus service with a bus stop right outside the hotel! The hotel has its very own bus shuttle service to and from the beach club and in the evening from Palma beach.

Accommodation:
The hotel boasts 288 rooms in total. With the well equipped hotel rooms you have all that is needed for a comfortable stay access to air conditioning, bathroom, satellite tv etc offering a view of the gardens., 2 outdoor swimming pools and 1 indoor swimming pool and 2 bars for the use of all its guests . Also available for business/ weddings or parties we have 7 conference rooms.

Food & Drink:
Staying all-inclusive is the best way to holiday! No need to stick to a tight budget to eat or drink, and as you've paid for it already! Your breakfasts, lunches and dinners are all included, along with snacks served in the Cafeteria Argos or the Bar salon between meal times! All meals included are served in a buffet style. The main restaurant serves rich buffets for all the meals, Argos restaurant, a la carte restaurant,
There are also options to purchase breakfast only, and also breakfast and evening meal.

Activities:
There are many activities and facilities within this fabulous hotel to take advantage of such as 3 x swimming , pool tables, Mini golf or volleyball then after all the fun you can relax in the Jacuzzi before treating yourself to a massage. The choice is all yours!!




?All inclusive? starts the day of arrival at 12:00 a.m and finish at 12:00 a.m. the day of departure.

Late Enriched Continental breakfast (Argos restaurant: 10:00-11:00)(serving: warm drinks, fruit juices, french rolls, butter and jam as well as a selection of cheese and cold cuts)
Full Lunch buffet (Main restaurant: 13:00-14:30)
Full Dinner buffet (Main restaurant: 19:30-22:00). Selection of menus at the Restaurant Argos, from 20:00 till 22:30 (Previous reservation, depending on availability, and with supplement)

SNACKS
Cafeteria Argos: 11:00-18:00, including Snacks, French rolls, pastries
Bar Salon: 10:30-22:00, including pastries

DRINKS
Bar salon: 10:00-24:00
Cafeteria Argos: 11:00-23:00
Soft-drinks specially bottled and daily refilling of mini bar, according to consumption.The Mini-bar has to be ordered at Reception.

During the lunch and dinner services, at the main Restaurant of the Hotel as well as the Restaurant Argos drinks such as: water, national beer, soft drinks and house wine will be served. (Special wines and vintages will be available at reduced prices, which will be specified on the wine list).
During breakfast, hot drinks, milk, water and fruit juices will be offered.


OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Consumption is personnel and non-transferable, it is not allowed to order drinks
for other persons.
Consumptions cannot be accumulated. A drink will not be served until having
finished the previous one.
Children will only be served in the presence of a parent.
Persons staying in All-in conditions have to make proof of such and sign a receipt for consumption.
Prohibition to take away drinks from the hotel or to take them to the rooms
Prohibition to take the products of the mini-bar out of the rooms.
Beach Club opens from April to October.

Shuttle bus service Hotel?Playa de Palma ( 8 to 11.30 p.m.) from Mai to October.





Swimming pool for children is only in the beach club
There is Public bus to Palma and Playa de Palma.
Free shuttle bus to the Beach Club during the day ( April- October) and in the evenings between 20:00 und 23:30 P.M. to Playa de Palma.(depending on season).

Please note all the services in the Beach Club start on 1st April.



Please also note that the Animation Programme (International) takes place from April till October.
