Designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus in the 1950s, the hotel will be renovated with homage to its original spirit and updated with the inclusion of a new restaurant, lobby lounge, events and meeting room space with 2500 sq. ft. space divisible into 2 rooms, a pool bar,|and well-equipped fitness center. Revealing an extensive evolution of what the property once was, the hotel will feature a comfortable design that emulates a luxury beach house with public spaces, rooms and suites that will have an international and residential feel.
