The Colina Do Mar Hotel is centrally located in a quiet area of the Old Town of Albufeira, the hotel is close to the central town square and the white sandy beach. There is easy access to the beach and to all live entertainment and excitement provided by Albufeira Old Town centre, with its bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. All these facilities are accessible by walking from the hotel and you are only 150 metres from the central town square and 250 metres from the beach. The airport is 35 kilometres from the resort.
There are currently road works being carried out on the road in front of the hotel. The works are carried out form 9am until 6p.m. During working hours it is expected to cause some noise. The closest car park to the Hotel is located about 70 meters away, where guests must walk to the Hotel.These are expected to finish at the end of May. The hotel management apologise for any inconvenience caused. There is a bar, 24-hour front desk, terrace, facilities for disabled guests, elevator, safety deposit box,  golf course (within 3 km), games room, billiards, room service, babysitting/child services, currency exchange, bicycle and car rental.
