##Location
The spacious Betalbatim Beach is one of the calmest and least commercial of Goa beaches, which invites sunbathing, swimming and leisurely walks. The resort has plenty of simple beachfront restaurants serving up delicious local seafood and Goan curries, there is also several first-class restaurants as well as cocktail and snack bars. From the beach you can walk for miles in both directions to the equally peaceful resort of Utorda Beach just north along the coast and the attractions of the lively Colva Beach to the south which can be reached on foot along the sands. Colva offers markets offering Kashmiri handicrafts, silks, jewellery, wood carvings and a varied selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife.
