##Location
The Club Aqua Magic Route Hotel is situated in Ortakent, a beautiful village in the centre of the Bodrum peninsula on the main Turgutreis-Bodrum road. Ortakent, which translates into the English quite literally as ?Middle Town', is an ideally central-located base from which to discover the region. The beach here is lengthy and wide, with cool offshore breezes which provide relief from the Turkish summer heat and help speed up the tanning process. Between the beach and the village lies a verdant, fertile valley with fig, olive and mandarin trees, and tidy market gardens typical of this area. When passing through the village, it is worth making a short detour to see the seventeenth century Mustafa Pasha tower, built for defensive purposes, and one of the best surviving examples of this type of structure.
