Built in 2009, this air-conditioned resort is specially designed for those with care needs or simply for those wishing to a healthy tourism in a peaceful setting near the beach and a golf course. ## Location
This holiday complex is located in the quiet residential area of Playa de Poniente in Benidorm, approximately 3 km from the city centre. Guests will find restaurants, bars and shops around 1 km from the apartment hotel, and the beach is roughly 1.5 km away. There is a bus stop just 500 m from the holiday village, while Benidorm bus station is approximately 12 km away and Alicante and its train station are around 45 km away. Alicante El Altet Airport is roughly 50 km from the apartment hotel.

## Rooms
The one or two-bedroom apartments have large terraces with a capacity of 2 to 5 people. All of them have emergency alarms, closed circuit television, surveillance and security 24 hours a day. Each apartment features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Other standard features include a telephone, plasma TV with satellite channels, radio, Internet access, a washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

## Sport
The hotel has spacious living and games areas and organises entertainment programmes for adults throughout the year, as well as dances, parties and galas. The hotel has an indoor and heated outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may work out in the gym or relax with a massage. There is a 9-hole golf course a short walk from the hotel and other golf courses in the area. The nearby beach is sandy.
