The Areias Village ticks all the boxes for a great family holiday in the sun, built in 2008 and perfectly situated in Areias de Sao Joao, in the ever popular region of Albuferia. This is a great choice for families as it is only 400m from the beautiful beach of Aveiros offering a wide range of water sports and activities to satisfy the energetic holiday or for a more relaxing time just lay back on the soft sandy beach and unwind. Close by is the famous Montechoro strip offering an array of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.
 
Getting to the hotel: Faro airport is only a mere 40km away.
Please note: the hotel does not accept large group bookings for parties as it is a family hotel FACILITIES:Food, drink and entertainment; the restaurant serves continental breakfast buffet style. Lunch and dinner are available to enjoy as either a la carte or as set menus, snacks and drinks are available from the lounge bar or the café/poolside bar on the terrace adjacent to the outdoor pool.
 
Sports, games and activities; 2 outdoor swimming pools, spacious terrace with ample loungers and parasols, gardens and pool table. Nearby on the beach water sports and activities are available for local hire as are loungers and parasols.
 
For the kids; children's outdoor swimming pool.
 
Additional; 24 hour manned reception, parking, garage, lifts to all floors,4 bedded rooms, laundry service, tour desk service, internet access (local charge) safe deposit box (at reception) and housekeeping. Please note that we hereby inform you that, as policy of the Hotel Apartment Areias Village, groups of 4 or more will be asked for a deposit of 200.00 euros per apartment on check in. This will be returned upon departure and is to cover for any damages or disruption and can consist in the form of a credit card imprint.
