The air-conditioned hotel offers a total of 23 rooms and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by the national park. The hotel overlooks the ancient square of Stia, with its beautiful 15th-century palace now completely restored. ## Location
This historical hotel is situated in the Alto Casentino region, an area rich in castles, hermitages and monasteries, and surrounded by the wonderful national park in the Casentino valley. It is also close to many attractive tourist cities in Tuscany, such as Florence (45 km), Arezzo, Pisa and Siena, all of which are ideal for a day trip. Guests will find restaurants, bars, popular nightspots and a bus station right on the hotel's doorstep, and it is just 1.5 km to the nearest train station.

## Rooms
The spacious and comfortable rooms and suites have an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a kitchenette with minibar and microwave. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, individually regulated air conditioning and a double bed. Four of them are family suites (for 4 people, comprising a double bathroom, kitchenette and double bedrooms, each with a TV set); 3 of them are superior double rooms (bedroom and a small living room).
