Glasgow airport is situated just off the M8 via junction 28 giving you easy access to and from the airport. The airport is about two minutes from Paisley, the nearest town. You can drop off passengers on St Andrews Drive, a short walk from the main Terminal, but if you want to see them off please use one of the car parks.

The nearest railway station is Paisley’s Gilmour street which is 1 mile from the terminal. Trains depart here for Glasgow central, Ayr and Clyde Coast destinations. When travelling to the airport from any station in Scotland, you simply ask for a rail ticket to Glasgow airport and this is then valid on the train and on the Arriva bus service from Paisley to the airport. Taxis depart from the taxi rank outside of the airport terminal building.

Car parking at Glasgow airport is secure and you can park on the airport for short stays or near the terminal for long stays with free transfers to and from the car parks.
