On Tuesday 11th August 2009, the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) announced the company of the online flight specialist flydeals.co.uk had ceased trading.

Kunapark, a Leeds based firm, ceased trading as it was "unable to meet it's liabilities". The ABTA bonded travel agent also traded as Flydeals.co.uk, Kunasafari, hot4holidays.co.uk, Hot4flights.co.uk and Hot4travel.co.uk

ABTA have advised all Kunapark customers to claim through it's claims' partner Cega by emaiingl abtaclaims@cegagroup.com or calling 01243 621 500.

Kunapark customers who are looking to rebook flights/holidays can do so through UlookUbook by calling free on 0808 178 5220.
