Ferrer Hotels is a family-owned hotel company currently operating four hotels. Ferrer Janeiro, Ferrer Janeiro Apartments and Ferrer Concord are located in C’an Picafort and Aparthotel Ferrer Maristany in Puerto de Alcudia on the island of Majorca.

The company was founded in 1965 by Mr Cristóbal Ferrer Roig. Then as now our main aim has been to achieve the satisfaction of our guests.

In Ferrer Hotels we want you to enjoy your holidays and receive care and service of the highest standards with products that meet your needs.

Their first hotel was Ferrer Concord. From the beginning the company wanted to increase the number of guests, which meant that we they had to open new hotels. They also wanted to increase their client’s satisfaction which required a firm commitment to improve their services.

Hotel Ferrer Concord 3 Stars - C’an Picafort

Hotel Ferrer Concord is a 3 star hotel overlooking the Son Bauló - Ca'n Picafort beach with a unforgettable view over Alcúdia Bay in the northeast of the island of Mallorca.

The hotel was fully refurbished in 2006. The comfortable facilities have a modern, functional style. The hotel's 142 rooms are very comfortable and 76 of the rooms got views of Alcúdia Bay.

It is the ideal place for a quiet, relaxed holiday. And because the hotel is located near the sports facilities of Hotel Ferrer Janeiro, you are also practice your favorite sport during your stay: swimming, triathlon, cycling, hiking, nordic walking, etc.

Hotel Ferrer Maristany 4 Stars – Puerto de Alcudia

Aparthotel Ferrer Maristany is a 4-star hotel 100 metres away from the Puerto de Alcudia beach, in Alcúdia Bay, in the northeast of the island of Mallorca.

It has 43 apartments and 12 studios and perfect facilities for a quiet, relaxed holiday. The swimming pool, which is surrounded by a pleasant garden, is the centre point of the hotel. As well as being very near the beach, the hotel is located in the centre of Puerto de Alcudia.

The best restaurants, shopping and leisure areas are within walking distance. The old town of Alcúdia, connected to the hotel by regular public transport, is 2 kilometers away. It is one of the most historically important towns in Mallorca. In fact, Alcúdia is known for its Roman ruins and medieval walls.

Hotel Ferrer Janeiro is a 3-star hotel located 80 metres away from the Son Bauló - Ca'n Picafort beach in Alcúdia Bay, in the northeast of the island of Mallorca.

The Hotel has 211 rooms and 22 apartments in a building 50 metres away from the hotel. In 2008 Ferrer opened their sports facilities suitable for the practice of the following sports: swimming, triathlon, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, nordic walking, running, golf, tennis and others. They also offer all-inclusive accommodation for families that want to enjoy their beach holidays in comfortable, attractive facilities.
