Hemsedal has ideal terrain for snowboarders with a snow park with half pipes, quarter pipes rails and jumps. Fourteen lifts give quick and easy access to the slopes. Two ski schools provide excellent tuition. There are special areas for children with gentle slopes and moving carpet lifts. Lynxland provides outdoor childcare where they can play safely on skis or toboggans while parents are free to enjoy the snow.
